Exchange Policy

At Mabio World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return or exchange your items under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

• Items must be exchanged within 3 days from the delivery date only if you receive damage product.
• Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Gift cards and personalized/customized products are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Exchange:

• Contact us at info@mabioworld.com. with your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).
• Our customer service team will guide you through the process, including providing a return shipping label if applicable.

3. Return Shipping:

• Customers will only get an exchange order if  the item is damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

4. Inspection and Approval:

If approved, you can choose to exchange the item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
