Why it is not a good idea to skip Sunscreen?

Aging, wrinkles, tanning, pigmentation, skin darkening is a result of neglected skin care, years of sun damage and exposure to ultraviolet
rays. Wearing sunscreen daily saves you from years of visible damage later like sunburn,  skin cancer  and premature aging.
Sunscreen also known as sun block or sun cream, is photo protective  product for the skin that mainly absorbs, or to a much lesser extent
reflects, some of the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) radiation and thus helps protect against sunburn.
It’s a myth that sunscreen needs to be applied only when the skin is going to be exposed to the sun, but you need to wear sunscreen
everyday whether it’s sunny or cloudy. As the ultraviolet rays are always present irrespective one is out in the sun or even indoors. Ultraviolet rays are not blocked on a cloudy day or even if you are in the house. This ultraviolet rays are one of the primary reasons for pigmentation,
wrinkles, tan, skin darkening, early ageing. This is where sunscreen blocks these rays and reduces your chances of sun damaging the skin . Look for a broad spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 50+ for the best chance of being protected from the sun, UVB rays and UVA rays.
